You can freely use, print, and share your storybook for personal purposes. Tingu Tales owns the underlying technology and AI systems, but your generated storybook is yours to enjoy and share with family.

Tingu Tales uses AI to generate stories and illustrations. While we aim for high quality, there may occasionally be small inconsistencies or visual imperfections. You can review your book before downloading and request fixes if needed.

You can create stories in 9 languages: English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, and Malayalam.

Yes. Every storybook can be downloaded as a PDF so you can print it, gift it, or share it with family.

Payment is taken before illustration generation because creating personalised images involves real-time AI processing costs. This allows us to generate your full storybook immediately after.

Most storybooks are ready within 10–15 minutes after payment.

After the images are generated, you can review every page. If you notice AI image defects, submit a refund request from the review screen. We will review your request and either fix the affected pages or issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Your child's data is never sold or used for advertising. Photos are only used to create the avatar and are deleted afterward — as soon as the avatar is generated, or within 30 days at most. Story data is used only to generate your book. We do not share your data with anyone.

No. Child photos are used only for avatar creation. Your child's photo is deleted as soon as the avatar is generated. If not deleted immediately due to processing, it is automatically removed within 30 days. Your data is not shared with third parties.
